Australia: International Undergraduate Scholarships The University of Melbourne
International Undergraduate Scholarships offer students a 25 per cent fee exemption from tuition fees for the normal duration of their undergraduate course. No separate application form is required. When you are offered a course place at the University, you are automatically considered for a scholarship as well. As you are required to pay the first instalment of your tuition fees in order to secure your course place, you will receive an appropriate refund if you are awarded a scholarship. Contact the International Centre directly for information on how to apply for a course.
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must be a citizen of a country other than Australia . Australian permanent residents and New Zealand citizens are not eligible. You must receive an unconditional offer of a place in an undergraduate course and not be in receipt of any other tuition scholarship.
Selection is made by faculties and is based on academic merit. If you are undertaking the VCE or International Baccalaureate within Victoria you will be considered on the basis of your VTAC course application.
