Applications for full-time PhDs are invited in all areas of Business and Management research.
Bradford University School of Management is a research institution with ESRC recognition for its part-time and full-time Doctoral Programmes, and its Diploma and Masters in Research Methods. You will undertake extensive research training to prepare you for your own research project.
You will be based at the School of Management where you will join an active research community and be part of a committed group of Business and Management academics.
Details of research activity at the School of Management and of staff research and our research groups can be found on our web site: www.bradford.ac.uk/management
Studentships are available on a competitive basis, and on the same terms as ESRC studentships. The award covers fees and subsistence allowance, though successful applicants will be required to make a contribution to teaching within their subject area as part of their award.
To qualify, you will need a good master’s degree and submit a convincing research proposal.
In addition, a specific opportunity exists to work with Professor Jeryl Whitelock on research into international branding. Candidates with an interest in international branding outside consumer goods e.g. in the arts or sport, would be particularly welcome.
