The studentship will begin September 2006 and will be for four years;one year Master of Research (Business and Management) plus 3 yearsPhD. Students complete the Master of Research during the first year ofdoctoral training, unless exempted by previous (equivalent) approvedstudy. Progression to PhD follows on from a recommendation from theMaster of Research Programme Board. A stipend of £13,500 per annum ispayable during the first year of training and this will rise insubsequent years in line with research council rates.
Applicants should have (or hope to gain) a first or 2:1 honours degreeor a Masters degree in an appropriate discipline.
