Adam Smith Research Foundation Doctoral Scholarships Macroeconomics,Business and Finance, Faculty of Law Business and Social Sciences
Applications for Scholarships are invited for up to 10 PhD Scholarshipscovering full fees and maintenance in any of the key research themes:
- Legal and Political Thought
- Macroeconomics, Business and Finance
- People, Places and Change
- Public Policy, Governance and Social Justice
- Work, Ethics and Technology
The PhDs may be held in any of the Faculty’s Departments: Accounting andFinance; Business and Management; Centre for Drugs Misuse Research; Centraland East European Studies; Economic and Social History; Economics; Politics;School of Law; Sociology, Anthropology and Applied Social Sciences; UrbanStudies

All the Departments in the Faculty, where eligible, were granted Recognitionin the ESRC’s 2005 Exercise. ESRC Quota Awards are available from Economicand Social History, Sociology, Economics and Urban Studies, while otherDepartments offer their own Scholarships.
