The Center for Energy Policy and Economics at the Department ofManagement, Technology and Economics, ETH Zurich (Swiss FederalInstitute of Technology), invites applications for up to two ResearchAssistant positions for three years. The starting date is expected to bein early 2007, but subject to budgetary approval, might be delayed for afew months.

In addition to their PhD research and related courses, the successfulcandidates will provide assistance in research projects and/orcontribute in the department’s teaching activities. The topics will bein Energy and Environmental Economics with a strong focus on empiricalresearch.

A good command of English is required. In addition, one of the positionsrequires excellent communication and writing skills in German.

The ideal candidates should have a Master's degree in Economics,Econometrics or a related field.
