Spain: PhD Fellowship in Computational Techniques at University of Malaga, Spain
The Research Group on Computational Techniques in Engineering (GTCI) headedby Prof. J. I. Ramos of the Department of Computer Science andComputational Sciences (http://www.lcc.uma.es/) at University of Malaga(UMA) (Malaga, Spain, http://www.uma.es/) seeks applicants for at least oneDoctoral Position in the field of Numerical Methods and AppliedMathematics. Applicants must meet the requirements to follow a Ph.D.programme having a strong graduate academic profile.
The Spanish government has launched the Postgraduate Fellowship (FPU)Programme in order to attract postgraduate students to join researchcenters in Spain (http://wwwn.mec.es/univ/jsp/plantillaAncho.jsp?id=11).Candidates from both the European Community and outside are accepted. Theprogramme offers a 4 year appointment with a salary of about 1.100euros/month, free of PhD Programme taxes, and the possiblity of researchstays outside Spain paid by our University.
