Eligibility
  • You must be a college graduate or graduate-to-be to apply for a master's program or an integrated program of master's/Ph.D.
  • You must have obtained a master's degree or will have obtained a master's degree before the beginning of Ph.D. studies to apply for a Ph. D. program.
  • You must have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (CBT 213) or IELTS score of 6.0 if you are a non-native English speaker.

    • * You may be exempt from the English language requirement if you canprove that English was the instructional language of your previouseducation at the college/master's level by providing an officialdocument from the school.

    ** Provisionaladmission: Those with a TOEFL score between 500 and 549 or an IELTSscore with 5.0 or 5.5 may be admitted under the condition that theytake ESL courses offered by ICU along with regular courses. This statusis allowed only to those seeking special admission as faculty membersof foreign institution or employees of foreign government.
