The School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering is pleased to announce PhD studentships for September 2005 in the following areas: Silicon Carbide Technology, High K DielectricCapacitors, Strained Silicon Technology, Active Sensors for Extreme Environments, Interconnect Reliability, Modelling and Characterisation of Variability in Integrated Circuits, Design for Manufacturing, Design Automation and Clockless Integrated Circuits. The studentships are open to all students who have a First degree or Masters in Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science, with an average exceeding 60%
