open to UK andother EU applicants

The Economics and Strategy Group is offering up to two PhDstudentships commencing in September 2005. Each studentship is forthree years full-time study, and covers EU fees plus a maintenanceallowance of £15,000 per annum. The studentships are open to UK andother EU applicants, and require a limited amount of teaching to beundertaken within the group. Applicants should have at least a 2.1degree in a relevant discipline, and preferably a Masters degree.

Applications are invited for any of the identified research themes of the Group, which are:

• Innovation and Productivity
• Strategy
• FDI and International Technology Collaboration
• Industrial Economics
