A fully funded PhD studentship in auditory perception is availableunder the supervision of Professor Brian Roberts. The AuditoryPerception Laboratory is part of the School's neurosciences research,which was awarded the top grade of 5 at the last Research AssessmentExercise (RAE, 2001). The Laboratory is equipped for psychophysicalresearch, but it may be possible for the project to include aneuroimaging component (MEG, fMRI) in collaboration with other membersof the School.
