THEORY OF QUANTUM DYNAMICS IN SEMICONDUCTING NANOSTRUCTURES
The project aims at a theoretical understanding of the quantumdynamics, and ways to manipulate this dynamics, of individual electronspins in nanostructures such as quantum dots. This research will bebased in the Theoretical Physics group of the Kavli Institute ofNanoScience in Delft, and is closely related to ongoing experimentalactivitities in the Quantum Transport group in this Institute. Requirements
Required education/skills: University Graduate
We are looking for a candidate who has proven his/her excellence intheoretical physics during undergraduate studies and is 26 years oryounger. He/she is required to hold a MSc or equivalent degree inphysics with specialization theoretical physics, and
should have interest in the physics of electronic transport in nanoscale systems.
