Financialassistance and scholarship: 

• Ph.D Scholarship: 
  Covers the yearly $6000 tuition plus a monthly stipend.
• Graduate Study Honor Scholarship: 
  Covers the yearly $6000 tuition plus a monthly stipend.
• Graduate Study Achievement Scholarship: 
  Covers the yearly $6000 tuition plus a monthly stipend.
• Graduate Study Support Scholarship: 
  Covers the yearly $6000 tuition plus a monthly stipend.
• Graduate Study Tuition Scholarship: 
  Covers the yearly $6000 tuition.
• The amount of stipend is adjusted annually to cover changes in the cost of living.

Housing: On-campus housingis provided for no rent, but utilitiesare paid by the occupier. 
Medical: Acomprehensive health insurance is provided free of charge.

• Oral exam in the Department of EEE (Date to beannounced)
• References
• GRE for international students and LES(Lisansüstü EgitimiGiris Sinavi) for Turkish applicants : 
• Check the application deadline for LESfrom YOK, 
• Check the exam date for LES from YOK.
• Any prior study (projects, courses etc.) in the areasof electromagnetics, computing, math, physics, etc. will be useful, butnot strictly required.
