1-2 positions as research fellows in subatomic physics are open for 4 years startingfrom 01.07.2006, at the Department of Physics and Technology,The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Bergen, Norway.

Subatomic physics group is active in ATLAS and ALICE Collaborations at theLarge Hadron Collider at CERN. Present ATLAS activities include study of earlydiscovery of new physics phenomena (supersymmetry and extra-dimensions), involvementin ATLAS silicon tracker detector (SCT) and GRID computing. There is also an ongoingconstruction of an Educational Cosmic Shower Detector.
