Job description: We have 2 immediate openings for PhD studentship in growth and characterization of semiconductor oxide nanorod/nanowire/nanoring structures suitable for solar cell and 2ndary battery applications. The project is funded by SAMSUNG, a flagship semiconductor company in Korea and Korean Government through Korea Science and Engineering Foundation.
The candidate must have a Master degree in Physics with a strong motivation in exploring cutting-edge technology.
Our lab is growing rapidly to become a powerhouse of nanoscience/technology research in Korea.
