Italy: Various PhD Positions at Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa
Competition for 13 positions for graduate studies (PhD), reserved to university graduates who are citizens of non-European union nations.
The Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa announces a competition based on candidates’ degrees and work to date for the academic year 2007/2008. Applications are invited from university graduates, citizens of non-European Union nations, for 13 doctoral (PhD) positions, of which at
least 4, financed by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., are reserved exclusively to citizens of Far Eastern countries.
Applications are invited for the following subject areas in the Faculty of Arts:
- Modern Languages and Linguistics;
- Classical Languages,
- Linguistics and History;
- Philosophy;
- History (from Medieval to Contemporary);
- Art History.
Applications are invited for the following subject areas in the Faculty of Sciences:
- Molecular Biophysics;
- Molecular Biology;
- Chemistry;
- Physics;
- Condensed Matter Physics;
- Mathematics;
- Neurobiology.
The application must arrive to the Normale by Saturday, 30 June 2007
