Industry Supported Postgraduate Position at School of Chemistry and Chemical Biology University College Dublin

Postgraduate research position in the field of biomolecular formulations and novel ultrasonic techniques for nanostructural characterisation is available from October 2006.

The project lies in the hot interdisciplinary area of chemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology and is focused on characterisation of functional activity, microstructure and stability of pharmaceutical and biomedical formulations. It represents an exciting opportunity to learn a broad variety of modern methods and state of the art techniques employed in developments of new products in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, Biomedical and Food industries.

Candidates are expected to have a BSC or MSC degree in chemistry, biochemistry or other relevant subjects.
