Germany: PhD Scholarships at International Max Planck Research School for Dynamical Processes
The school offers experimental and theoretical research opportunitiesfor young scientist who wish to obtain a doctorate degree. The focuswill be on the dynamics in matter covering a wide spectrum ranging fromfinite atomic and molecular systems up to infinite surfaces and solids. The school’s lecture and seminar program is held in English.
We offer excellent research facilities in our partner institutions:
- the Technische Universität Dresden,
- the Forschungszentrum Rossendorf,
- the Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research,
- the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids,
- the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems and
- the Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research in Wroclaw/Poland.
We are looking for talented students holding a masterdegree or a German diploma in the field of physics or chemistry withinterests in studying atomic, molecular or condensed-matter phenomena.Applicants should not be older than 30 years.
