The Opportunity:
Prof. Jo-Anne R. Dillon is recruiting a Ph.D. graduate student to carry out research on “Role of DivIVA and its protein complex in promoting cytokinesis of Enterococcus faecalis”. More information on Prof. Dillon’s research is available at: http://www.usask.ca/biology/dillon

Qualifications:
The candidate should have a cumulative weighted average of 80% or above on the last two years of study from a recognized university. The applicant should have a strong academic background in microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry or biotechnology. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential qualities. The ability to work independently and in a team environment is also necessary. A successful application to the College of Graduate Studies at the University of Saskatchewan through the Department of Biology will be required. This position will commence as soon as possible.
