Fall 2005 ADB Scholarship Application Forms Application Information -pdf University of Hawai‘i graduate degree application forms The Asian Development Bank - Government of Japan Scholarship Programgraduate degree fellowship provides support for graduate(post-baccalaureate) studies in approved fields of study at theUniversity of Hawai'i at Manoa (UHM), and for participation ineducational activities at the East-West Center (EWC). The ADB Scholarship is approved for the following fields of study at UHM: *This scholarship is also approved for the specialized Japan-focused Master of Business Administration (JEMBA). Participation in theEducation Program at the East-West Center includes the following: 1)attending the Degree Program Course that meets weekly on Wednesdayevenings during the fall semester, 2) attending the Spring Colloquium,3) earning the EWC Leadership Certificate, 4) submitting monthlyreports detailing participation in activities at UHM and EWC, and 5)being involved in the EWC degree participant community andparticipating in community services.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be a citizen of a developing member country of the Asian Development Bank.
Must have the equivalentof a 4-year bachelor's degree. (An equivalent could be a 3-yearbachelor's plus a 1-year master's degree).
Must have 2 full years work experience.
Must take one of the English proficiency tests; the minimum acceptable scores are 550 for TOEFL and 6.0 for IELTS.
Both the ADB and UHM applications are completed and mailed to the ADB Office by the postmark deadline.
