Chancellor's International Scholarships
Up to forty Chancellor's International Scholarships of £2,200 areavailable to new overseas fee paying students each year who areapplying to study at Undergraduate and Postgraduate taught degreelevel. The scholarships are available in all Schools (except theInstitute of Development Studies and Brighton & Sussex MedicalSchool), and are awarded on the basis of academic performance andpotential. The scholarships are offered for the duration of the degreeprogramme, subject to satisfactory progress, and will be issued in theform of a cheque during the Autumn Term.

Eligibility criteria
In order to be considered for a scholarship you must meet the following criteria:

- Be assessed as liable to pay fees at the "overseas" (namely the non-EU) rate.
- Have sufficient funds to meet your tuitionfees and living expenses, after taking account of the possible award ofa Chancellor's International Scholarship.
Application procedure
You must complete the Chancellor's International Scholarship Application Form which can be downloaded at: application form (pdf format) or application form (word format)
The closing date for applications to be received is 1 May 2005 priorto the academic year commencing in October. Applications received after1 May cannot be considered.
