USA: Two Postdoctoral Positions at University of California Santa Barbara
A postdoctoral position is available in the Computational Science andEngineering (CSE) Research Group at the University of California SantaBarbara, in the area of computational systems biology. The CSEResearch Group is seeking a highly talented and committed individualwith an ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary researchenvironment. The successful candidate will be involved in thedevelopment of algorithms and software for multiscale discretestochastic/deterministic simulation of cell regulatory processes.
Positions are available immediately for a period of one year, renewable to two years. Applicants must have a PhD in appliedmathematics, computer science or engineering, with relevant backgroundin computational methods. A background in stochastic processes or incellular biology is desirable but not essential. The candidate mustbe eligible to work in the U.S.
