A post doctoral position is available in the Physics & Astronomy department of Georgia State University in the general area of low temperature transport studies of nanoscale semiconductor systems. Experience in the areas of transport measurements, semiconductor lithography, scanning probe microscopy, ultra high vacuum techniques, low temperature cryogenics, microwave and Terahertz techniques, and crystal growth are highly desired.
