USA: Postdoctoral Position in Computational Aspects of High-Resolution Cryo-Electron Microscopy, The University of Texas Houston
An NIH-funded position for a postdoctoral fellow is available to work on computational aspects of high-resolution cryo-electron microscopy.
The successful candidate will have experience with image/signal processing techniques and knowledge of C++ and Python. We are actively involved in the development of a large data processing system whose key elements are 3-D reconstruction from projections and non-uniform Fourier transforms.
