A post-doc position in bioimage analysis is available immediately in the Computational Biology division at University of Southern California. Bioimage analysis is a newly emerged area in bioinformatics. The candidate will develop computational methods to analyze the rapidly accumulating high-throughput bioimage data, and additionally integrate the image data with other large-scale genomics datasets, such as microarray data and protein interaction data, to analyze cellular functions and organizations.
