USA: Postdoctoral Instructorship in Mathematical Biology, Michigan State University (MSU)
Description
One two-year position will be available beginning Fall 2007 in mathematical biology and scientific computing. This position is partially supported by a Federal grant and so has a teaching load
of only one class (two sections) per year. Applicants with training in mathematical biology, applied mathematics, and/or scientific computing are especially welcome. Specific research involves the development of MRI-guided temperature-modulated bioluminescence tomography for the disease models of mice. The salary is $43,000 per year and there is a strong possibility of additional support for summer teaching.
