USA: Postdoctoral Fellowships in Molecular Regulation of Stem Cell Development and Physiology, UT Southwestern Medical Center
Postdoctoral fellowships are available in the lab of Dr. Michael Kyba in the Department of Developmental Biology, UT Southwestern Medical Center, to study the molecular regulation of stem cell development and physiology. Two Postdoctoral Fellows are being recruited to the following projects:
- An NIH-supported research effort to evaluate the role of Hox genes in the development and self renewal of hematopoietic stem cells, derived in vitro from embryonic stem cells.
- An exploratory project to identify muscular dystrophies that are caused by defects at the level of the myogenic stem cell.
