USA: Postdoctoral Fellow in Molecular Biology, Rockefeller University
Postdoctoral position at Rockefeller University’s Laboratory of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is available for an outstanding candidate with expertise in molecular biology, biochemistry and mammalian cell culture. The focus of our research is to dissect interactions between transcription factors (especially RNA polymerase II-associated coactivators and nuclear receptors) that control tissue-specific expression of genes involved in metabolism. In addition to using standard biochemical and cellular methods, we also have established novel approaches all of which allow us to reconstruct the various steps of the transcription process in great detail.
