You will join an internationally leading research group in FunctionalMaterials within the School of Process, Environmental and MaterialsEngineering. Current activities include Carbon-based Materials,Ferroelectric and Multiferroic Materials and Photonic Materials.
This prestigious appointment is available for applicants with post-doctoral(or equivalent) experience with an established track record of achievement,employed on high quality research projects. The Fellowship will be fiveyears in length and will guarantee an established academic post (subject tosatisfactory completion of probation). In the early stages of the Fellowshipthere will be a strong emphasis on research, with a gradual introduction ofteaching and administrative duties before transferring to a normal senioracademic appointment. A supporting development grant of up to £30k isavailable
Research 1A or II (£20,044 - £30,022 p.a.) or (£27,929 - £36,959 p.a.)depending on experience. (A more senior appointment may be offered to anoutstanding applicant.)
