This scheme offers a recognised first step into an independent researchcareer for young excellent women scientists and engineers and isdesigned to offer support and flexibility.

Eligibility:
Applicants must have submitted their PhD and have had no more than 4years' full-time postdoctoral experience by 1 October 2005. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
