Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Mechanical, Materials & Manufacturing Eng., Univ. of Nottingham
A suitably qualified researcher is required to work on aproject testing instruments for the metering of solids flowin dense phase conveying of powdered fuels. The successfulcandidate will be expected to design and commission amodification to an existing facility and to use it to testexisting, or specially designed, instruments.
Candidates must have a PhD in a relevant discipline. Expertise in physics or engineering related to flow orpowder in bulk is desirable.
Salary will be within the range £19,460 - £29,128 perannum, depending on qualifications and experience. Thispost will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a periodof one year.
