A postdoctoral position is currently open in Spintronics group, Nanoelectronics Research Institute, AIST, Tsukuba, Japan. AIST is a national laboratory located 45 min by train from Tokyo center.

Research in our group is related to MRAM technology, magnetic semiconductors, spin injection and spin photonics.

Successful candidate will fabricate and study new GaAs and InP-based spin photonics devices, that involved MBE growth, nanofabrication and fiber optics experiment.

The position is opening within 5-year project for 1 or 2 years with possible extension.

Applicant should have a Ph.D. in physics, engineering or a related field. Applicant should submit CV and a proof for ability to do independent experimental research.
