Postdoc Position: Advanced Wireless Communications and Signal Processing, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan

A post doctor (sponsored by a 3-year National Science Council (NSC) Project) is needed to explore challenging researches which cover almost of all the aspects of System Algorithm Development of advanced wireless communications (CDMA, OFDM, UWB) and networks from Signal Processing & Coding to System Optimization. The expertise of the post doctor should include:

1. Communications: Multiuser Detection, Information Theory, Multi-input Multi-output (MIMO) Wireless Communications, Spread Spectrum Systems, and UWB Systems.
2. Signal Processing: Estimation and Detection Theory, Array Processing, MIMO System Identification and Equalization, and Optimization Methods.
3. Other related math and networks for cross-layer design and sensor networks (preferred).

The post doctor will work full time to accomplish the assigned research items, including theoretical derivations, algorithm performance analyses, computer simulations, writing papers and paper presentations at conferences, symposia and workshops. Moreover, he (she) can also lead a research team of graduate students.
