PhD and Postdoc Positions in Membrane Synthesis, K.U.Leuven, Belgium

At the Membrane Research Group of the Centre for Surface Chemistry and Catalysis (COK) of the K.U.Leuven, Belgium, positions are available for PhDs and postdocs in following areas:

- membrane filtrations of fermentation broths
- membranes based on ionic liquids for applications in gas separations and pervaporation
- preparation of mixed matrix membranes for applications in gas separations, solvent resistant nanofiltration and pervaporation
- fouling in membrane bioreactors
- PEM fuel cells

All subjects involve polymer based membrane synthesis. Good knowledge of organic chemistry, polymer science and/or material science is thus required.
