Study Scholarships for ICP and ITP Participants
VLIR provides study scholarships to allow persons from developing countries to follow an ICP (InternationalCourse) or ITP (InternationalTraining Programme), organised by a Flemish university or non-university HEinstitution. Candidate scholars should be eligible for the ICP or ITP they wishto attend.
Applications may be submitted annually by individualcandidates and must reach the VLIR by 1 March at the latest.

The first ever ICP Meeting Day was organised by the VLIR andGhent Universityon 19 December 2003. TheVLIR-scholars and the Flemish promoters from the 15 different InternationalCourses organised by the Flemish Universities met during this day. Aphotoreport from this day can be found here.
